2. Small-scale, eco-friendly businesses are carefully selected and listed on TreeBiz. Private and retail investors invest into the TreeBiz ecosystem. WeTree investment committee then makes data-driven meticulous investment decisions to invest and mobilize resources into the approved projects.

Investors who have already invested into the TreeBiz are rewarded with redeemable digital assets; the TreeTops, equal to the size of their investment. It means that if you have invested with us, then you can use your TreeTops to earn Treepreneurship certifications from Treecademy. Only qualified Treepreneurs having demonstrated track record of continued high impact success are eventually cleared to prepare and submit their project proposals.

4. The projects submitted by qualified Treepreneurs undergo careful studies, analysis, reviews and assessments by TreeWise fellows of the Treecademy, registered merchants, and then WeTree Investment Committee approves the qualified projects for listing on the TreeBiz.

There is NO locking period and you can exit anytime by serving a 15 banking days’ notice simply via your approved email account registered with WeTree. In order to avoid hasty exits in panic, WeTree shall deduct 05% out of your principal amount invested, in-case if you close your account within first business year. Your TreeTops would eventually be forfeited, and WeTree would recover cash in US Dollars from your principal amount against the TreeTops you spent on TreeMart or Treecademy.

9. TreeTops are redeemable digital assets, ONLY to be used on TreeMart (partially) to avail discounts offered by merchants and vendors. TreeTops are, however, fully accepted by the Treecademy, so you can earn valuable certifications and adopt your green careers as distinguished Treepreneurs.

10. TreeTops are generated and rewarded only against cash investments made by the investors into TreeBiz ecosystem. There is NO other way to mint or mine TreeTops anywhere on earth.

11. TreeTops must NOT be considered crypto-currency, utility token, security token, commodity, electronic cash or digital coins for any kind of common use. TreeTops CANNOT be purchased directly from anyone or through any exchange. TreeTops CANNOT be transferred, transacted, used or spent outside WeTree.

12. TreeTops CANNOT be invested, stored or kept as commodity or assets for value appreciation. TreeTops are NOT transferable, hence CANNOT be sold to anyone or invested anywhere or used as collateral or security or guarantee or commodity or as negotiable financial instrument, whatsoever.

13. TreeTops are redeemable digital assets having a predetermined digital lifespan. TreeTops are NOT refundable and CANNOT be accumulated or stored forever. It means that your TreeTops shall perish if you do not use them within 120 calendar days after issuance. Fresh TreeTops shall be issued instantly each time when you invest into TreeBiz from the same account. It is better NOT to store your TreeTops. WeTree encourages you to use your TreeTops on TreeMart and Treecademy in less than 120 days after issuance

14. You CANNOT open multiple accounts on WeTree using the same identity, however, you can attach supplementary accounts for each of your children aged below 18 years, depending upon KYC / AML clearance according to the prevailing international and local laws. Net profits shall be credited in shape of cash dividends directly to your WeTree account, automatically. You can keep your funds in your account or you may transfer all your profits to your designated bank account, as you prefer. WeTree also issues visa debit cards to the investors and merchants having their WeTree accounts on WeTree platform.

15. Registered merchants and vendors selling their goods and services on TreeMart are settled instantly through runtime settlements. Sometimes the platform may experience inordinate delays owing to technical glitches or interbank clearance issues. WeTree bears NO responsibility in-case of eventualities beyond our reasonable controls.
